Demonstrates artificial insemination of dairy cattle at the Aberdeen Breeding Station, N.S.W., and shows how the productive capacity of an average herd can be improved, through careful selection of bulls, handling of cattle, collection and testing of semen, including the construction of an artificial vagina, and insemination of cows. Mentions the advantages of the artificial breeding of dairy cattle.
