Shows the relics of early civilizations in India, China, and Japan. From these relics archaeologists have worked out the patterns of culture of these log-buried civilizations. Ceramics, jade carvings, paintings, sculptures and works of architecture are displayed. Gives an insight into the Eastern religions and philosophies which in varying degrees have influenced western life and thought.
