Choplifter II for Game Boy

Australia, 1991

Videogame

In this sequel to Choplifter!, the player has to fly a rescue helicopter through levels to pick up stranded hostages. Complicating matters are the planes, bullets and even aggressive birds that get in the helicopter’s way, not to mention buildings and hills. Rescuing a given number of hostages will complete a level and saving more hostages than required leads to extra points and lives. Inversely, taking too much damage or losing too many hostages will lead to lost extra lives.
