This film, produced by the Victorian Department of Agriculture, was created to promote the ingenuity of the Kiewa Valley diary industry, which supplied milk and butter to the people of Melbourne and Sydney.
The film highlights one farm’s introduction of a piggery to make use of their surplus milk and generate a secondary revenue stream.
