This film, made by the Victorian Department of Agriculture, was created to promote the ingenuity of agricultural scientists working at the Mallee Research Station in Walpeup, Victoria.
The film highlights the research station’s development of wheat production, sheep breeding and pasture improvements. It contains some wonderful examples of farm machinery and farming techniques of the era.
