In this Victorian Department of Agriculture instructional film, expert preserver Gwen McCrorey demonstrates how to process and can a variety of vegetables, including beans, carrots and cauliflower, in a domestic kitchen. The film is an interesting example of a household kitchen and of home cooking in Australia in the 1950s.
