Gene started a Friday afternoon soccer game at the Inverloch Community Hub, in south-eastern Victoria, and invited some young people from the Settlement communities to share in their love of the world game. ‘The Settlement Soccer Club’ is about connecting with others in the community and breaking down boundaries with the international language of the beautiful game. Anyone is welcome to play.
