Despite denials by the Minister for Local Government Russ Hinze, Police Commissioner Terence Lewis, and Police Minister, Bill Gunn, widespread police corruption is evident throughout Queensland. Brothels masquerading as massage parlours with illegal gambling inhouse and drug trafficking are shown. Persons prominent in the criminal activities are named.
