Boris Varissa arrives in a small Central European village, used as a haven by local Resitance fighters. He sweet talks his way into the good graces of a family in mourning after the deeath of their son Jean, a Resistance fighter. This avant garde feature leaves the viewer to decide if Boris is telling the truth or covering up for his deeds leading to the death of the heroic Resistance fighter.
