Melbourne’s historic Rippon Lea Estate is one of the fabulous locations used in the popular ‘Miss Fisher’ television series. It has also been the venue for an exhibition of the costumes from the series.
Here, staff of the National Trust of Australia (Victoria), who manage the property, talk about its history, its use as a filming location, and the relationship between the producers of the series, the National Trust, and the enthusiastic audiences for the series who have also visited Rippon Lea and the exhibition.
