A montage of clips from the history of C 31 - Melbourne’s community TV station. Established in 1994, C31 gained a full license in 2002 and now attracts over 1 million viewers every month. This montage was produced to celebrate the 50th 13 season broadcast and presents some of the breadth and diversity of C31 programming, as well as a potted history of the station and its achicevements over the last 12 years.
