An edited excerpt from ‘Working Holiday’ (1957) produced by Jack Keane for the Victorian Department of Agriculture. Shows hop picking in Victoria where seasonal workers gather from all parts of Australia for six weeks to harvest hops in the rich Ovens Valley. The weekend breaks are spent swimming, fishing or sight-seeing in the surrounding Alps.
