Produced by the U.S Department of Agriculture. Follows a community as they confront the high amount of tractor-related injuries that are occuring and discover ways to counter them.

Largely set at a town meeting where addresses are given by various experts on the dangers of tractors and how to operate them safely. This culminates in an address by a man who lost both his hands in an accident.

Film contains numerous shots of tractors toppling over in varying situations.
