Harry Bachelor loves his city, loves his life…until, a lone parking meter with canabalistic tendencies inhabits his street. While Harry tries to cope, the trying meter swells in greed and size to become a larger than life sparring partner. Will Harry fight this all the way to City Hall? or will Harry snap under the strain adopting uncharacteristic behaviour?
