Thou Shalt Not Kill is a black and white cut-out animation. A priest and larrikan ride together as passengers on a train through the countryside. The larrikans’ pranks and vibrant antics play on the priests patience to test his self-control and moral beliefs…especially the one about ‘Thou Shalt Not Kill’.
