National Ranger 505 Transistor TV is a portable TV with handle, small screen and folding antennae. The television was completely portable - it could be powered with either mains power or batteries, allowing the user to kick back and take the TV to the beach, campground or backyard.
National was a brand used by Panasonic Corporation sell home appliances, personal appliances, and industrial appliances. The National brand operated in Australia until 1988 when it transferred to The Panasonic Corporation.
