Dynamic French filmmaking due Caroline Poggi and Jonathan Vinel return to the dark, dystopian themes of their 2018 breakout hit Jessica Forever as Pablo (Théo Cholbi), a drug dealer, and his younger sister Apolline (Lila Gueneau) escape their tenuous lives by throwing themselves into a fantastical virtual reality computer game, "Darknoon".

But even here, a doomsday clock is set as the programmers announce the server will soon shut down. Thrown back into the real, Pablo’s saved from a scary situation by the handsome Night (Erwan Kepoa Falé). Igniting incendiary passions, the lads can’t keep their hands off one another. As they’re burning up, Apolline’s left alone in the game. All the while, war rumbles with rival dealers in this Cannes Queer Palm-nominated blaze of our too-online days.
