Director Baim Wong's horror film follows two nursing students, Pica (Taskya Namya) and Arum (Yasamin Jasem), who begin their internship at the recently reopened Lembayung Clinic. Located in a small town in Central Java, the clinic harbours dark secrets related to a doctor's suicide years ago. One night, a mysterious long-haired woman with a creepy smile arrives at the clinic as a patient, setting off a series of supernatural events. This encounter triggers terrifying hauntings, possessions and unexplained deaths among the clinic staff.
