Godzilla finally meets his match.
An ancient prophecy foretells Earth's destruction at the hands of Godzilla, only for the true Godzilla to reveal his doppelganger as a mechanical alien weapon.
A favourite among die-hard fans, the 14th instalment in the Godzilla series (directed by Jun Fukuda) introduced us to the iconic Mechagodzilla who returned in several subsequent films, as well as King Caesar, and also features former foe Anguirus.
The robot version of the King of the Monsters is one of the most iconic foes for the hero.
