As you step into the space, you'll be assigned to one of the four zodiacal elements – Earth, Air, Fire or Water – and led 'follow-the-leader’ style through spontaneous choreography, chanting, absurdity and fantasy.

In the thick of an unfolding choreography / ritual / rave / contemporary dance class / spectacle, Deep Soulful Sweats encourages you to just let go and exorcise through exercise.
