Join us in the cinema for the Australian premiere of the new hybrid documentary by Academy Award-winning director Asif Kapadia (Amy).

Samantha Morton stars as a survivor in the year 2073 who is besieged by nightmare visions of the past – a past that happens to be our present, visualised through real-life footage.

In a mixture of visionary science fiction and speculative nonfiction, Academy Award®-winning filmmaker Asif Kapadia (Amy) presents us with an urgent, unshakable vision of a dystopic future that could very well be our own.

The film premiered at the 81st Venice International Film Festival.

2073 will be available to stream exclusively on DocPlay from Thursday 10 April.

Note: Due to a recent change in availability, director Asif Kapadia will no longer be appearing in a Q&A onscreen following the film.
