Privacy Collection Statement – Surveys
Longitudinal visitor research at ACMI
About the study
ACMI (the Australian Centre for the Moving Image, ABN 37 375 237 227) regularly conducts visitor research to ensure we are delivering the best experiences we can. We do this through collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback from our visitors via surveys. These surveys ask about visitor experiences at ACMI, including: (1) how the visitor heard about us, (2) why they visited us, (3) what they did with us while on site, (4) what they thought of those activities, (5) their likelihood of returning, and (6) their perceptions of ACMI. We also collect some demographic information to assist us in interpreting the feedback.
Our analysis of this feedback helps us to better understand our visitors, demonstrate our impact, and ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our visitors.
Participation in visitor research at ACMI is completely optional, and results will only be published in aggregate. Your survey responses will be treated as anonymous and confidential. The privacy collection statement for our visitor research studies is as follows.

This statement details the information that we collect through our visitor research surveys. It details what we do with it, who we disclose it to, and how you can access any personal information we hold about you.
