ACMI is thrilled to be collaborating with VATE to present the 2024 VATE Ideas Lab: Middle Years Conference. We are looking forward to bringing together educators from all stages of their English teaching career to share strategies for meaningful and interesting learning experiences in Years 7–10 English.
The program includes ways to promote reading and writing, develop critical thinking skills and activate interpretative and creative engagement.
This rich day of learning and connection kicks off with a before-hours visit to ACMI's special exhibition Beings by Universal Everything (included as part of the registration cost).
Morning tea and lunch will be provided but it is essential that special dietary needs are communicated when you book.
Can’t make it in person but don’t want to miss out? A selection of workshops and the opening keynote will be live streamed to make it easier to attend this event.
