Ian Potter Moving Image Commission
Australia's most significant commission for moving image art.
The Ian Potter Moving Image Commission (IPMIC) is an initiative of the Ian Potter Cultural Trust and ACMI. The Commission provides $100,000 from The Ian Potter Cultural Trust as well as specialised curatorial, production and presentation expertise to an Australian artist. Each commissioned work will also be accessioned into the ACMI Collection, sitting alongside works by major Australian and international artists.

The final in a decade-long series of $100,000 Ian Potter Moving Image Commissions (IPMIC) for new moving image works by Australian artists, has been awarded to Sydney-based paint, sculpture, video installation, and performance artist Angela Tiatia.
ACMI & Ian Potter Cultural Trust award $60,000 worth of artist development grants
The Ian Potter Cultural Trust (IPCT) and ACMI will support three Ian Potter Moving Image Commission 2022 runner-up artists with $60,000 in the form of a six-month Creative Development and Mentorship Program.
