Gifts, Benefits and Hospitality Policy

This policy states ACMI’s position on:

  • responding to offers of gifts, benefits and hospitality; and
  • providing gifts, benefits and hospitality.

This policy is intended to support workplace participants and ACMI to avoid conflicts of interest and maintain high levels of integrity and public trust.

ACMI has issued this policy to support behaviour consistent with the Code of Conduct for Victorian Public Sector Employees (the “Code”) and the Code of Conduct for Directors of Victorian Public Entities. Workplace participants are required to adhere to Victorian public sector values of impartiality, integrity and accountability defined in section 7 of the Public Administration Act 2004 and further described in the Code. All workplace participants are required under clause 1.2 of the Code to comply with this Gifts Benefits & Hospitality Policy.
